About Us

InsuranceNoodle

InsuranceNoodle is a web-enabled wholesaler of small commercial property and casualty insurance. InsuranceNoodle holds direct contracts with the nation's leading insurance companies who provide coverage for over 1,650 types of business in all states except Hawaii. Agents who use the InsuranceNoodle system get access to a wide range of coverages and carriers using a single application data entry system. This is backed up with support from a state-of-the-art service center staffed by licensed insurance agents who work with technology and the carriers to place risks and provide service on those accounts. As an e-aggregator, InsuranceNoodle is the silent partner in the agent's relationship with the small business owner. The member agents of the NoodleNetwork own their book of business and retain control of the client relationships at all times. InsuranceNoodle is licensed to do business in all states except Hawaii.

History

InsuranceNoodle was founded in April 2000 by insurance agents. The InsuranceNoodle name was chosen after the founders asked everyone to use their noodles (heads) to think of a name for the company. InsuranceNoodle was acquired by Willis Group Holdings Limited in June 2007. Over 11,000 insurance agencies nationwide have become members of the NoodleNetwork.
